The investigation is focused in the search of theoretical content about the difficulties that Down syndrome children have to develop the Phonologic Phonetic Organization, which is defined as the basic ordering of identification and emission of every sound that belongs to language; and is turned on the initial process for the acquisition of the Phonologic Awareness. Its stimulation is important because it allows the children to know the achievement of the lexical level and the future structuration for the building of words. As a consequence, the objective of this study is to contribute in the design of a phonologic sensitization program which develops the Phonologic Phonetic Organization in the Down syndrome children under 3 years old. The pedagogical proposal considers a personalized sensitization program to stimulate the Down children. The proposal incorporate 10 sessions with easy and practical activities of word games and songs, focused on rhymes and alliterations, as a basic essential process, which allows the kids discover the sounds of a same group of words, developing in the Down children the capacity to reflect about themselves with the objective of acquire awareness of their sound segments
