The Chaclacayo district is in constant risk of natural disasters, this is due to the boundary between the Rímac River and the Andes Mountain range, which determines the urban expansion that is generated in the district. Therefore, this type of urban expansion causes the area to disintegrate and generate problems in the urban control of the district, in addition to being an area that presents risks in the face of possible mudslides and/or landslides. Since the houses remain located towards the mountain range, making use of the streams, providing them with basic services, and developing urbanizations in those areas. This occurs since there is no specialized center which is dedicated to the care and prevention of the area that responds to an emergency caused by natural disasters. Likewise, this project seeks to find the main focal points to work to seek solutions architecturally, generating a local emergency and risk management center fornatural disasters, which is dedicated to planning, preventing, and organizing thearea to work in an administration that not only supports the district of Chaclacayo but also the districts of the eastern zone of metropolitan Lima.
