This research shows that the Value Chain can increase production and promote the export of honey in Oxapampa to Germany 2017. For the development of the research, the nominal scale survey was applied; the non-probabilistic sample consisted of 30 beekeepers who are members of Oxapampa's beekeepers' association, among them the president of the association. As a result, it was shown that beekeepers still use empirical methods for the extraction and production of honey, and that there is a misinformation about the export of this product, since they do not make an adequate value chain and consider it as a secondary activity, although they are located in areas that could have high productivity and compete with markets that are currently among the main exporters. In the present study concludes that a good value chain increases honey production, through the implementation of technology, training to beekeepers and good beekeeping practices and sustainability responsibility in production areas to be able to compete with other markets to export Germany since his is one of the main countries that import honey.
