The present research work is developed as a result of the current problems of the operation of the Sicuani electrical system, to then propose the important solution alternatives and their requirements that direct the evolution of the electrical energy distribution system that serve the 15034 users , with the integration of the Hercca hydroelectric plant as renewable energy that will provide greater safety and reliability in the operation of the 04 feeders SI-01, SI-02, SI-03 and SI- 05 that feed to meet the energy demand electricity to regulated and free users. The research work has an applicative character with a quasi-experimental design with a descriptive and quantitative level approach since it includes information regarding the causes and effects of the relationship between the study variables at the time of being developed. The results obtained that are shown in the thesis have been analyzed before and after the incorporation of distributed generation, giving the solutions of the proposals formulated as an interruption problem with SAIFI and SAIDI indicators, proposing as a new model of electricity networks with the bidirectional in the operation of the SI-01 system. As an environmental impact analysis on the monitoring of water quality, the report of the results of the physicochemical parameters of temperature, pH, flow, oils and fats, total solids in suspension in the turbinated water and in the receiving body of the C.H. Hercca, which are within the permissible values according to environmental regulations.
