For several years now, Artificial Intelligence (AI) has been a source of innovation and some claim that it will soon be as influential as the Internet. While AI has made progress in helping and assisting humans in various endeavors, its current capabilities remain modest. However, it has proven to be useful in supporting and strengthening the legal field, particularly in judicial actions. AI in Law is becoming more relevant, especially due to demotivating situations within the justice administration service, such as unfinished procedures, colossal workload and dissatisfied litigants. The concept of using innovative technologies such as AI to address some of these issues is both encouraging and stimulating. Considering all this, this work covers the following question: What is the impact of Artificial Intelligence and its application for the implementation of the principle of speed in the issuance of labor sentences of the Third Labor Court of the Corporate Module of the District of Cusco? The research was aimed at determining the impact of Artificial Intelligence on the principle of speed in the issuance of labor sentences issued in the Third Court of the Corporate Labor Module of the District of Cusco, the viability of Artificial Intelligence in the implementation of procedural speed to guarantee confidence in the verdict. Likewise, the determination of the correlation between Artificial Intelligence and the principle of procedural economy is being evaluated, along with the identification of reliable criteria to fully take advantage of the potential benefits of Artificial Intelligence in the Third Labor Court of the Corporate Module of the District of Cusco. Subsequently, it is proposed that the research approach is qualitative in nature since non-numerical data is collected to collect concepts, opinions of the people that are attributed, the type of Applied research, its non-experimental correlational descriptive design, and the type of research multidisciplinary, because it articulates labor procedural law with computer science. The study provides a better understanding of the capabilities of artificial intelligence and the role it plays in state institutions, such as in this case the Cusco Labor Module, which aims to implement better organization, management and control of information for workers. courts, cases and obtain a wider range of information related to the proceedings.
