In this research was evaluated and compared different structural dynamic behaviors and properties of the blocks 01 and 02 of the “I.E. Mixta N°50037” located in Chimpahuaylla, above forced vibrations produced by a compact roller. The dynamic behavior and properties of the buildings were obtained in the next cases: in “real edifications” (experimental cases), through the recollection of acceleration responses with an accelerometer; and in “buildings with structural system of reinforced concrete framework” and in “buildings with structural system of reinforced concrete framework with stiffness modification by the interaction between partition walls and concrete frames” (theoretical cases), through handmade time history analysis and modal superposition and calculation with software. Finally, the research concluded that through the comparison between the theoretical cases with the experimental cases, the buildings don’t present any modification of stiffness by the masonry partition walls, except the “X” direction from the block 01, which presents a mild modification. In consequence, in the conditions of the research, the construction method used in the buildings is effective in terms of isolating the partition walls from the reinforced concrete frames.
