The present research work entitled: “Pre-feasibility study for the production and commercialization of vegetable milk from tarwi “tarwicha“ in the city of Cusco - 2021“, aims to determine the pre-feasibility for the production and commercialization of milk plant of tarwi “Tarwicha“ in the city of Cusco - 2021, the methodology used was of an applied type, the level of research is descriptive, with a quantitative approach, and a nonexperimental design. The results obtained show a positive technical feasibility, for the location of the plant the raw material factor prevailed in that sense the most optimal location was the district of San Jerónimo, which is considered a strategic point because it is close to the suppliers of the material. prima (farmers from the community of Piccol Orcconpujio). Likewise, the result of economic and financial viability was reflected in the positive indicators obtained. The economic evaluation showed a current net economic value (VANE) of S/ 661, 270; an internal economic rate of return (TIRE) of 13.6%, a Benefit/Cost (B/C) of 1.49, the same as being greater than 1, shows that the benefits are greater than the costs and a return period (PR) of 4 years and 4 months, which is less than the evaluation time of the project. The financial evaluation returned a financial net present value (VANF) of S/694, 388.83; a financial internal rate of return (TIRF) of 16.14%, a benefit/Cost (B/C) of 2.04, which, being greater than 1, shows that the benefits are greater than the costs and a return period (PR) of 4 years and 5 months
