The quality of services is one of the fundamental factors for the good functioning of establishments that provide services; significantly influencing their demand. The peasant community of Paru has tourist attractions of priceless natural and scenic value; the lagoon of Kinsa Qocha is one of them; So that many domestic and foreign visitors come to the community to enjoy the landscape and stay at places that are different from their own and interrelate with the local people knowing their customs and experiences. This research was carried out in the Paru Paru Peasant Community, with the objective of determining the level of quality of tourist accommodation services in rural community tourism and its socio-economic influence in the peasant community of Paru Paru. Pisac, province of Calca. Department of Cusco - 2015. The type of research is non-experimental and cross-sectional. The level is correlational. The research addresses the issue of the quality of hosting services in the CRT provided and their socioeconomic influence. Whereas quality, in addition to the tangible elements, is measured by the customer's perception of the satisfaction of their expectations, which are largely composed of intangible elements. Therefore, the SERVQUAL Scale has been used as a technique for collecting information for tourists and residents of the area and thus to know how the population benefits socially and economically with the provision of this service. It was determined that 81.8% of visitors consider that there is a quality deficit in the provision of accommodation services in the Kinsaccocha Experiential Tourism Association of the Paru Community. While 9.1% consider that there is an optimum quality, and an equal percentage, that there is an excess of quality. It is evident that in order to increase the quality of the hosting services they provide, members of the association are required to participate in a training process on business management issues and use a service strategy to sustain and strengthen economic profitability.
