Teenage pregnancy presents greater risks due to late and inadequate prenatal care, as well as poor outcomes during childbirth and the postpartum period. Despite these known risks, repeat pregnancy in adolescents remains prevalent, with figures between 20% and 25% corresponding to a second or third pregnancy. Objective: To demonstrate maternal and perinatal complications in recurrent pregnancy in adolescents treated at the Regional Hospital of Cusco during the period from 2020 to 2022. Method: A quantitative, descriptive and retrospective research approach was used, using the medical records of all adolescents with recurrent pregnancy. The sample consisted of 166 adolescents who met the selection criteria. Results: Regarding the prevalence of recurrent pregnancy, it was found to be 27.29%, maternal complications in recurrent teenage pregnancies were anemia (65.06%), urinary tract infection (37.96%), cesarean section (31.93%), birth canal dystocias. (17.46%), perineal tear (15.66%), retained placenta (15.06%), postpartum anemia (19.28%), and postpartum urinary tract infections and perinatal complications were prematurity (19.88%), low birth weight (16.37%), NICU admission (12.87%), Newborn Respiratory Distress Syndrome (RN) (12.87%), and neonatal death (2.34%). A significant difference was found between prenatal control and complications during pregnancy (p=0.041) and perinatal complications (p=0.005); GA at the start of CPN and complications during pregnancy (p=0.037). Conclusions: Adolescents with recurrent pregnancies experienced maternal and perinatal complications during pregnancy, labor, and postpartum from 2020 to 2022.
