The main objective of the research presented was to analyze the internal and external factors associated with the delinquency of undergraduate students at the Andean University of Cusco, in 2019. The study had a correlational scope; being that in these investigations there is a need to know the link between the variables internal - external factors and delinquency. The sample consisted of 380 students from all the professional schools of the headquarters of the Andean University of Cusco, the hypothesis affirms that internal and external factors are associated with the delinquency of the students of the Andean University of Cusco in the year 2019. The results show that 52.1% of the undergraduate students of the Andean University of Cusco, present payment delays within the semester, the internal and external factors are directly associated with the delinquency (p-value = 0.000 <0.05) , The internal factor that generates higher levels of delinquency in the payment of educational services are the conditions of the Collection Agreements with financial institutions with 61% and the second factor is the institutional policies with 48.2%, the external factor that generates higher levels of delinquency is the academic one with 60.8% and the second factor is the ability to pay of the students with 55.3%, the financial debt factor of the student or parent significantly influences the student's delinquency in 66.3% The application of arrears per day of delay, is minimal which affects only 41.1% in the delinquency allowing the student to be indifferent regarding the fulfillment of his payments.
