This investigation has been carried out at the EFPP-Iquitos, which has been training police officers at the service of society; and, that in their stages of police professional training they have been subject to different administrative disciplinary procedures for violations of the disciplinary regime regulations in force in their training processes and that throughout history they have been modified due to constant violations and violations of the mandate of regulations. This investigation shows that students, as PNP Students, have not had their rights respected and have often been arbitrarily sanctioned in administrative proceedings and their rights restored in judicial proceedings in the face of the imminent and manifest violation of procedural guarantees.
