The objective of this study was to analyze the frequency of pregnancies in adolescents in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic in two Health Service Provider Institutions (IPRESS): Quistococha and Los Delfines, during the year 2023. The design of the The research was characterized by being quantitative, descriptive, retrospective, transversal and non-experimental. The sample included a total of 120 pregnant adolescents, aged between 12 and 17 years, who received care during the aforementioned pandemic at the Quistococha and Los Delfines IPRESS. The methodology used included the direct review of data from databases and medical records. The tool used to collect the information was a data collection form. The reliability of the study will be based on the application of statistical techniques by entering the base data into an Excel spreadsheet, collected uniquely during the care of pregnant adolescents during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Regarding the use of contraceptives, 67.3% in Delfines did not use them, while 74.4% in Quistococha used condoms. Differences were observed in sexual violence, addictions, safe delivery, prenatal controls and contraceptive preferences. The incidence rate of teenage pregnancy was 2.5% in both IPRESS. In summary, sociodemographic characteristics included ages between 15 and 17 years, secondary education, and living in both IPRESS.
