This research work, entitled: “DESKTOP APPLICATION TO IMPROVE THE MANAGEMENT OF RETURNING PRODUCTS IN THE COMPANY “ELECTROPARTES IQUITOS E.I.R.L.“, IQUITOS - 2022“, had as general objective to demonstrate the improvement in the management of products in return, through the implementation of a desktop application, in the company ELECTROPARTES E.I.R.L., located in the city of Iquitos - Peru. For the development of this research, it was deemed appropriate to use a descriptive approach, performing a descriptive statistical analysis, through data collection and analysis, which served to test the hypothesis and propose a solution. The type of research was applied, to establish the relationship between the variables Desk application and Product management in return. The research design was pre-experimental and surveys were applied in two moments of the research (pre-test and post-test) to a single group. The population was 07 workers of the company Electropartes E.I.R.L., corresponding the sample of the study to the totality of the population. The survey technique was applied, through a questionnaire of 12 statements, for whose analysis and interpretation, the Likert scale was used. With this research and its consequent data analysis, it is demonstrated that the implementation of a desktop application optimizes the management of product returns in the company Electropartes E.I.R.L., improving labor productivity and customer service by making it faster, more practical and reliable.
