The objective of this Professional Sufficiency project is to propose the design of a productive and socio-cultural axis on the landscape edge of the San Joaquín de Omagua Population Center as an enhancer of sustainable development, since there is a problem of planning its edges and landscapes, that has been affected by the informal population growth in peri-urban areas, bringing with it the loss in the relationship and interaction with their natural environment that surrounds them. The project is carried out with the intention of promoting its productive, tourist, cultural and natural strengths, keeping the cultural identity alive in the passing of time, all this taking into account from an intervention on a macro scale for the entire populated center in which it is located. proposes zoning of public use facilities, future productive areas and expansion, etc. In the intervention of the project, a spatial and functional proposal is proposed, located on the edge of the populated center in front of the Amazon River, applying the urban strategies proposed in the research where it is conceived, equipment such as the pier, which will be the main activator of trade. and tourism connected with the fair galleries, which will be those itinerant commercial stalls according to the reality of the community and with respect to cultural diffusion, a cultural interpretation center is proposed with the idea of disseminating its gastronomy, crafts, clothing, its language and what the Omagua culture represents; With the “tambo“ Social Management Center, the aim is to provide state services such as RENIEC, SUNAP, etc. for the free access of people in the community without the need to travel long distances to access these services; In addition, there will be spaces that will promote tourism, such as the Visitors Center, the tourist viewpoint, botanical garden and other recreational areas for the enjoyment of all in order to take advantage of the resources offered by the populated center for the benefit of the population. .
