The objective of the research was to evaluate the development of attention to claims for micro-measurement of drinking water consumption in a sanitation company; Its methodology was non-experimental, simple descriptive, with a review of historical information from the company's database. A very significant increase in claims for micro-metering of drinking water consumption is observed in the year 2021 total 5,004 and in the year 2022 total 10,661 the growth by participation of types of clients occurred in all categories especially in domestic with a variation of 85.41%. In the company there are two types of claims for micro-measurement of drinking water consumption; measured consumption, when the user has a meter and is taking a monthly reading; and average consumption, when the user had a meter and the system invoices the last 6 valid readings according to the reading history. The well-founded claims have prevailed as part of the solution to the claims addressed in the period 2021 and 2022 in the E.P.S. Sedaloreto S.A. Therefore, the amounts that I stop receiving are high, affecting billing and collection.
