Propuesta de lineamientos para la implementación de la mesa de partes virtual de la municipalidad distrital de mazán, 2022

Abstract

El presente informe de investigación cuenta con 6 capítulos: Capítulo I, donde se explica la introducción, objetivos e hipótesis, Capítulo II, se detallan los antecedentes o estudios similares al proyecto realizado, Capítulo II, se especifica el tipo de investigación, el diseño del investigación, el instrumento y las herramientas utilizadas en la investigación, el Capítulo IV, se detalla los resultados obtenidos utilizando la herramienta de cuestionarios y programas informáticos como Excel y SPSS Statistics, el Capítulo V, la discusión se realiza con los datos obtenidos a partir de los resultados comparados con el trabajo realizado por otros autores y el Capítulo VI da las conclusiones y recomendaciones que servirán para que el municipio de Mazan tenga en cuenta qué acciones tomar en los próximos años. El objetivo de esta investigación fue determinar la relación entre los lineamientos y la implementación de una mesa virtual en la Municipalidad Distrital de Mazan, 2022. Se utilizó un diseño descriptivo correlacional y el tipo de estudio aplicado fue no experimental de corte transversal. Para llevar a cabo la investigación se contó con una muestra de 10 personas a quienes se les aplicó como instrumento dos cuestionarios; lineamientos y tabla de parte virtual para identificar los datos de las variables en todas sus dimensiones en estudio. Cabe señalar que el hallazgo encontrado en el presente proyecto nos permitió saber que existe relación entre los lineamientos y la tabla de parte virtual y al aplicar la prueba estadística correlacional de la rho de Spearman se obtuvo el valor de 0.990**, el siendo significativa (p<0.05) lo mencionado anteriormente, por lo que se concluyó que existe una relación significativa entre los lineamientos y la implementación de una mesa virtual en la Municipalidad Distrital de Mazan, 2022.

The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between the guidelines and the implementation of a virtual table in the District Municipality of Mazan, 2022. A descriptive correlational design was used and the type of study applied was nonexperimental cross-sectional. To carry out the investigation, there was a sample of 10 people to whom two questionnaires were applied as an instrument; guidelines and table of virtual part in order to identify the data of the variables in all its dimensions under study. It should be noted that the finding found in the present project allowed us to know that there is a relationship between the guidelines and the virtual part table and to apply the correlational statistical test of Spearman's rho, the value of 0.990** was obtained, the aforementioned being significant ( p < 05 ) therefore it was concluded that there is a significant relationship between the guidelines and the implementation of a virtual table in the District Municipality of Mazan, 2022.
