A study was carried out with the objective of determining the relationship between Job Satisfaction and Job Stress in the staff of technicians and subordinates who belong to the Air Group 42 of the FAP stationed in the city of Iquitos in the year 2022. Its other two objectives were: 1) To determine the relationship that exists between the satisfaction of working conditions (hygienic factors) and job stress in junior personnel belonging to the Air Force Group 42 of the FAP stationed in the city of Iquitos in the year 2022 and 2) Determine the relationship between motivation (motivational factors) and work stress in subordinate personnel belonging to Air Group 42 of the FAP stationed in the city of Iquitos in 2022. It was a descriptive explanatory study, correlational type, cross section and quantitative approach. The sample consisted of 60 people selected by nonparametric criterial sampling. The instruments used both had the due reliability and validity for our environment. The General Hypothesis was verified, which stated that there is an inverse relationship between Job Satisfaction and Job Stress in junior personnel belonging to Air Group 42 of the FAP, which It means that as the worker's job satisfaction increases, the worker's job stress decreases. Specific Hypothesis 1 was verified, which stated that there is an inverse relationship between the satisfaction of working conditions (hygienic factors) and work stress. A significant and inverse correlation was found, which means that as the satisfaction related to the worker's working conditions increases, the worker's work stress decreases. Specific Hypothesis 2 was verified, which posed an inverse relationship between the satisfaction of the worker's motivations and work stress in junior personnel belonging to Air Group 42 of the FAP. A significant and inverse correlation was found, which means that as the satisfaction related to the worker's work motivations increases, the worker's work stress decreases.
