The present research study aimed to evaluate the quality of water for human consumption in the AA. HH Villa Cruz, since water obtained by suction from underground wells with distribution networks with pipes for the supply of two (02) sectors is consumed, for which 02 sampling points representing the supply points were considered, in each sample three (03) important parameters were considered: physicochemical, microbiological and heavy metals. The crosssectional descriptive research, since it seeks to describe the physicochemical and biological quality of the two underground wells of the Villa Cruz HH, was carried out under water sampling using as a means of information the current standards established by the Ministry of Health and the OMS. The physicochemical and microbiological analysis of the water samples were carried out in the Environmental Health Laboratory of the General Directorate of Health Loreto, through the Environmental Quality Standards taken as reference to Supreme Decree No. 004-2007-MINAM. The scanning analysis of heavy metals was carried out in the Testing Laboratory of the company NSF Inassa (accredited by the Peruvian accreditation body INACAL), through the Environmental Quality Standards taken as reference to Supreme Decree No. 004-2007-MINAM. It concludes with the following results (sample 1 – well 1; physicochemical analysis is within the parameters established within the LMP; microbiological analysis is within the parameters established within the Environmental Quality Standards, analysis of heavy metals is within the established parameters of the Environmental Quality Standards) and (sample 2 – well 2; physicochemical analysis is within the parameters established within the LMP; microbiological analysis is outside the parameters established within the Environmental Quality Standards so it is not suitable for human consumption, analysis of heavy metals is within the parameters established within the Environmental Quality Standards).
