Factores relacionados con el peso del recién nacido en el hospital apoyo Iquitos y el hospital regional de Loreto, marzo a junio del 2002

Abstract

El trabajo de investigación es un estudio Prospectivo por que la información fue recopilada por los propios autores después de haberse aprobado el proyecto, se incluyó 221 madres de las cuales 93 pertenecen al Hospital Regional y 128 al Hospital Apoyo lquitos, estas madres cumplieron con los criterios de inclusión en el periodo de 1° de marzo al 30 de junio del 2002. El objetivo principal fue determinar en que medida los factores paridad, edad materna, edad gestacional por amenorrea, sexo, peso placentario, talla de la madre, espacio intergenesico, Ingreso familiar, diámetro de la placenta influyen en el peso del recién nacido. En la investigación las unidades de análisis fueron estrictamente seleccionadas descartando a todas aquellas que no cumplieron con los criterios de inclusión. De los resultados se observa que el peso de los recién nacidos en el Hospital Apoyo lquitos el 48.4 % son de sexo masculino y el 51.6% son de sexo femenino, mientras que en el Hospital Regional el 51.6% son de sexo masculino y el 48.4% son de sexo femenino, El peso promedio de I Recién nacido en el Hospital Apoyo lquitos es de 3215.156 ± 423.12 gramos y en el Hospital Regional de Loreto el peso promedio de los Recién nacidos es 3101.89 ± 382.4 Gramos La asociación muestra que el peso del recién nacido es dependiente de los factores: Edad materna, edad gestacional, sexo del recién nacido, peso placentario, espacio intergenesico, longitud del cordón umbilical y control prenatal al 5 % de significación tanto en el HAI y HRL al 1 % de significación el peso del recién nacido es dependiente de los factores: Diámetro placentario, Ingreso familiar tanto en el HAI y HRL. El análisis de varianza muestra, que la fuente de variación entre Hospitales, la influencia es igual en los dos Hospitales, la fuente de variación entre factores es altamente significativo con respecto al peso del recién nacido al 1% de significación.
