The research identifies the level of anxiety of the workers of the coordination office of the district municipality of Urarinas, Iquitos 2022. The study has a quantitative approach, descriptive and simple descriptive design. The population consisted of 30 workers, a non-probabilistic sampling of intentional type was used, the sample being 20 workers, the psychometric technique was used and the instrument was the Zung anxiety self-assessment scale (EAA). The SPSS v23 statistical software was used for data analysis, obtaining the following results: the level of anxiety according to the sex of the workers, 60% were male and 30% showed no anxiety, 25% showed minimal to moderate anxiety, and 5% showed marked to severe anxiety. The level of anxiety according to the age of the workers, 70% were between 24 and 44 years old and 30% showed no anxiety, 25% of the workers showed a minimum to moderate level of anxiety and 15% showed a marked to severe level of anxiety. The remaining 20% of the workers showed no anxiety and 10% showed minimal to moderate anxiety level. It concludes: the anxiety level of the workers of the coordination office of the district municipality of Urarinas 50% had no anxiety, the workers showed a minimum to moderate level of anxiety in 35% and 15% showed a marked to severe anxiety.
