The study had a quantitative approach, simple descriptive type, and design. The population was made up of 39 teachers of the secondary level of the Educational Institution N° 60014 Santo Cristo de Bagazán, of the District of Belen, a non-probabilistic sampling for convenience was used, the sample being 39 teachers, the psychometric technique and the instrument the ED-6 scale used to evaluate the teaching stress were used. For the analysis of the information, the statistical software SPSS v23 was used, obtaining the following results: the level of stress due to anxiety of the teachers, 97.4% had a moderate to high level of anxiety stress and 2.6% had a low level. The level of stress due to depression, 94.8% had a moderate to high level of stress due to depression and 5.1% had a low level. The level of stress due to maladaptive beliefs, 97.4% had a moderate to high level of stress due to maladaptive beliefs and 2.6% had a low level. The level of stress from pressures. Teachers mostly had a moderate level of pressure stress at 64.1% and 35.9% showed a high level of pressure stress. The level of stress due to demotivation, teachers mostly had a moderate to high level of stress due to demotivation in 97.5% and 2.6% showed a low level of stress due to demotivation and the level of stress due to bad coping, teachers had a moderate to high level of stress due to bad coping in 38.5% and mostly showed a low level of stress due to bad coping in 61.5%. It concludes: Most teachers showed a moderate level of stress in 71.8% and 28.2% had a high level of stress.
