Educational spaces have a great influence on the learning of the student population. For this reason, the present work aims to use educational architecture to create an educational center, applying principles of neuroarchitecture. In the first place, the development of the proposal was established in the district of San Juan Bautista, due to the fact that it is an expanding district, where the proposal will appear as an urban landmark that will help create joints or educational axes that connect with other centers. and thus generate proximities for the student population of the district of San Juan Bautista, in such a way, address the problem about the low academic performance of its student population. Second, the land of the Inka Manko Kali educational center was chosen, and after that the immediate environment was analyzed, as well as the needs and requirements of the student population. Finally, principles of neuroarchitecture were applied in the designed spaces of the educational center as a method of supporting the academic performance of the students. Finally, the result was the design of an educational center suitable for the stimulation of learning for students based on the principles of neuroarchitecture. Through open spaces that maintain the connection with the environment and with playful furniture proposals, where a permeability of the spaces is allowed.
