Propuesta de rehabilitación urbana sostenible en asentamientos humanos informales amazónicos; caso de estudio: asentamiento humano múnich, Iquitos-Loreto 2022

Abstract

El presente proyecto de tesis nace con la finalidad de poder conocer aquellos factores que propiciaron el crecimiento de la ciudad de Iquitos mediante asentamientos humanos informales y lo que con llevó al aumento a lo largo del tiempo, teniendo de conocimiento que la mayoría de dichos asentamientos se encuentran a la periferia del rio o en zonas inundables. Múnich es aquel asentamiento humano que actualmente sigue presentando un crecimiento de manera informal, ocasionando que gran parte de las viviendas sean construidas sobre parafitos al borde de la creciente del lago morona cocha. Teniendo como objetivo general el: Desarrollar una propuesta de rehabilitación urbana sostenible en asentamientos humanos informales amazónicos, caso de estudio asentamiento humano Múnich. Como primer capítulo tenemos la formulación del problema, después de ello los objetivos y la justificación de la investigación de tesis, en el segundo capítulo se redactó los antecedentes del lugar y la historia de la ciudad de Iquitos, en el tercer capítulo se expuso proyectos que tienen relación con nuestro investigación siguiendo después con términos conceptuales que ayudaran a la realización del proyecto, en el cuarto capítulo mencionamos parte de la normativa que ayudará al desarrollo del proyecto de tesis y a las limitaciones. En el quinto capítulo citamos aquellos casos análogos internacionales y nacionales que servirán como muestra de lo que se propone llegar con la propuesta. En el sexto capítulo se detalla toda característica del lugar acerca del caso de estudio que sirvieron para el desarrollo del capítulo 8 que abarca todo sobre la propuesta de diseño. Teniendo como capítulo 7 las recomendaciones y conclusiones que se formuló a raíz de toda la investigación.

This thesis project was born with the purpose of being able to know those factors that led to the growth of the city of Iquitos through informal human settlements and what led to the increase over time, knowing that most of these settlements are they are found on the periphery of the river or in flood zones. Munich is that human settlement that currently continues to present its growth in an informal way, causing a large part of the houses to be on paraphytes as a result of the growth of Lake Morona Cocha. With the general objective of: Developing a proposal for sustainable urban rehabilitation in Amazonian informal human settlements, a case study of the Munich human settlement. As the first chapter we have the formulation of the problem, after that the objectives and justification of the thesis research, in the second chapter the background of the place and the history of the city of Iquitos was written, in the third chapter projects of research that are related to our research, following later with conceptual terms that will help to carry out the project, in the fourth chapter we mention part of the regulations that will help us to carry out the thesis project and the limitations. In the fifth chapter we cite those international and Peruvian analogous cases that will serve as a sample of what is proposed to be achieved with the proposal. The sixth chapter details all the characteristics of the place about the case study that served for the development of chapter 8 that covers everything about the design proposal. Having as chapter 7 the recommendations and conclusions that were formulated as a result of all the investigation.
