Seguridad en el trabajo en las obras civiles del distrito de Tarapoto - provincia y departamento de san Martín - 2020

Abstract

El propósito de este trabajo está dirigido a investigar si las empresas que laboran en el distrito de Tarapoto, provincia de San Martin, cumplen con las Leyes y Normas de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo. Por tanto, es fundamental cumplir con el sistema de seguridad y salud en la construcción de obras civiles en el ámbito laboral, con el objetivo de reducir la incidencia de accidentes, riesgos y enfermedades del trabajador. Los resultados obtenidos además del contenido de la información que contiene el estudio, tiene confiabilidad, validez y objetividad ya que los datos recolectados son desde la propia fuente.

The purpose of this developed paper is aimed to investigate whether the companies that operate in the construction sector in the district of Tarapoto, province of San Martín comply with the laws and standards of Occupational Safety and Health. Therefore, it is essential to comply with Occupational Safety and Health systems developed for workplaces in civil constructions, focused to reduce the numbers of incidence of accidents, risks of injuries and worker illnesses. The results obtained, in addition to the reliability content contained in the study, have validity and objectivity since the data collected is from the source itself through field studies, surveys and interviews.
