Comparación metodología BIM y tradicional en elaboración de expediente técnico, caso: I.E.I N° 383 comunidad porvenir de Inayuga - distrito Napo - Maynas – Loreto, 2022

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación del tipo descriptivo y diseño no experimental, muestra el proceso de elaboración del expediente técnico I.E.I N° 383 COMUNIDAD PORVENIR DE INAYUGA - DISTRITO NAPO - MAYNAS – LORETO, 2022”, usando las metodologías BIM y tradicional, cuyo objetivo fue encontrar las ventajas y desventajas de ambas metodologías, resaltando con que metodología fue más eficiente la elaboración de los metrados, presupuesto y cronogramas, evaluando específicamente los parámetros Costo – Tiempo. Se lograron los siguientes resultados: La visualización del modelado con metodología tradicional fue en 2D, mientras que con metodología BIM, fue en 3D, usando el software AUTOCAD y REVIT, respectivamente. El presupuesto obtenido con metodología BIM fue 523, 693.13 soles, frente a el presupuesto obtenido con metodología tradicional, que fue 548,637.07 soles. El porcentaje de variación en cuanto al tiempo de elaboración del expediente técnico con ambas metodologías fue del 25%, favoreciendo a la metodología tradicional (90 días y 120 días).

The present descriptive and non-experimental design work shows the process of elaborating the technical file “I.E.I N° 383 PORVENIR OF INAYUGA COMMUNITY – NAPO DISTRICT – MAYNAS – LORETO 2022”, using BIM and traditional methodology, which objective was to spot the advantages and disadvantages of both aforementioned methodologies, highlighting which methodology was the most efficient to elaborate the metered, the budget and timelines, evaluating the Cost-Time parameters, specifically. The following results were achieved: The model’s visualization using traditional methodology was in 2D, while using BIM methodology it was in 3D, using AUTOCAD and REVIT software, respectively. The budget obtained using BIM methodology was 523, 693.13 soles compared to the one obtained using traditional methodology which was 548, 637. 07 soles. The percentage of variation regarding the time it took to elaborate the technical file using both methodologies was 25%, favoring the traditional methodology (90 days and 120 days).
