The purpose of this research is to carry out a comparative study of the physical and mechanical properties of concrete made with Mochica and Pacasmayo Portland cement type I for a resistance f'c = 210kg / cm2, at ages 7.14 and 28 days of the which was developed using laboratory and research information stored in the virtual repositories of different universities. This research is applied, according to its purpose, and quantitative, according to the nature of the data; In addition, its population is other experimental research works with an antiquity of no more than 10 years, which will be reduced when going through a selection phase. The data collection technique chosen due to the health emergency was the documentary analysis, this implied the analysis of data from other investigations to obtain the results and the use of an information record sheet as a data collection instrument. The data collection technique chosen due to the health emergency was the documentary analysis, this implied the analysis of data from other investigations to obtain the results and the use of an information record sheet as a data collection instrument. It was concluded that Pacasmayo Portland type I cement has better physical properties, and that Mochica cement has better mechanical properties. Considering the performance on site, the costs and the presence in the market, it is concluded that Pacasmayo Portland type I cement is the best option for all types of structures and constructions in general that do not present special requirements.
