In the present investigation it was sought to determine if the implementation of an inventory system with methodology CSLA .NET improves the control of products in the company Acuatrade S.A.C in the year 2020, for this an approach was considered because it was sought to verify of objective form if the implementation of an inventory system with methodology CSLA .NET improves the control of products; thus also, an experimental design was considered, of type pre experimental because it allowed to know if an improvement exists in the control of products after the implementation of the system of inventories. A population of 6 users that will use the implemented system was evaluated; also, it was considered to study the pre and post implementation records of the inventory system with CSLA .NET methodology in order to determine if there are improvements in the control of products in the Acuatrade S.A.C. company. The inventory system was implemented in its entirety, each of the phases such as diagnosis, development and implementation and monitoring were developed. Among its main results it was found that due to the significance value 0.02, obtained by calculating the MannWhitney U test, being less than 0.05, it is inferred that between the “preimplementation“ and “post-implementation“ groups there is a significant difference between the stock rotation indexes (SRI). The same is true for the level of dispatch compliance indicator (NCD). With these results it was concluded that the implementation of an inventory system with CSLA .NET methodology improved product control in Acuatrade S.A.C.
