The present thesis entitled “QUALITY OF ATTENTION FROM THE PERCEPTION OF MATSIGENKAS USERS WHO COME TO THE KORIBENI HEALTH PLACE, THE CONVENTION, CUSCO - 2018“, had as main objective to determine the quality of attention from the perception of the Matsigenkas users who come to the Koribeni Health Post, La Convention, Cusco - 2018. The methodological design used wasdescriptive and cross-sectional, the population under study was constituted by 90 Matsigenkas users attended at the Koribeni Health Post. The technique used was the interview and the survey instrument - SERVQUAL. Within the general characteristics, the following results were obtained: 54.5% are female, 36.4% have ages between 30 and 45 years, 49.1% have secondary education, 76.4% develop a independent work, 61.8% of users are cohabitants, and 8.2% speak the Matsigenka language and Spanish. The perception of Matsigenkas users is of regular quality in the dimensions: 41.0% in the reliability dimension, 57.7% in the response capacity dimension, 48.6% in the dimension of tangible aspects. The perception of Matsigenkas users is of bad quality in the security dimension with 49.9%, in relation to the empathy dimension 46.3% perceive good quality care. In relation to the quality of care provided by the staff of the Koribeni health post. 54.5% of Matsigenkas users receive regular quality care, followed by 27.3% who perceive poor quality of care and 18.2% perceive good quality care.
