This research work shows a model of Integrated Management System for the construction of civil works of the largest metrados of the work “Improvement and Expansion of the Educational Service of the Initial, Primary and Secondary Levels of the Liceo Naval Capitán de Navío Francisco Carrasco of the District of Punchana, Maynas Province Loreto Region ”, a Management Manual is presented in which reference is made to all the Documented procedures established for the GIS and a description of the interaction between them. The research was carried out through a work plan, which provided us with the information for its development, in order to describe and study through documented processes of a GIS in order to increase the probability of success of the project, to which was formulated as an objective: Determine the development of an Integrated Management System (GIS) to improve the construction of the work of larger metrados of the Liceo Naval Capitán de Navío Francisco Carrasco, District of Punchana, Province of Maynas, Loreto Region. In the design of the SIG, a qualitative method was used applying inductive logic, in order to integrate the pertinent procedures and methods of the most common aspects referred to in the ISO 9001: 2015 regulations, Quality Management System, ISO 14001: 2015 Environmental Management System, ISO 45001: 2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems. The system processes and requirements were identified, concluding with the formulation of the Manual that integrates the common elements and incorporates the differentiated elements.
