The purpose of the following investigation is to elaborate a concrete, to raise and improve the compressive strength so that it can be used commercially in the city of Tarapoto. Aggregate from the Huallaga River, which are located on the outskirts of the city of Tarapoto, and the particles of rice husk ash from the mills that process said product, located near the town of Cacatachi, were used. In order to verify the hypothesis raised, the concrete design has been carried out with the addition of rice husk ash particles and the respective laboratory tests were carried out through cylindrical test tubes in accordance with current technical regulations. In order to obtain the ash particles from the rice husk, a cleaning and classification of said particles was carried out. A group of 70 concrete specimens of quality f'c = 210 kg / cm2 was elaborated, of which 06 simple concrete specimens (pattern) and 64 concrete blocks with 3% rice husk ash particles, 5 %, 7% and 9% who underwent the analysis at the age of 7 and 28 days. As a final result, there has been a positive correlation of the ash of the rice husk in a percentage of 3% with respect to the compressive strength
