Urinary infection is one of the most frequent complications that occurs during pregnancy and can also have a significant impact on both the mother and the evolution of the pregnancy; it carries a higher risk of pre-term delivery, of newborns with low birth weight and therefore an increase in perinatal morbidity and mortality. Objective. To determine the neonatal complications of adolescent pregnant women with urinary infection at the Hospital Iquitos César Garayar García from January - March 2020. Methodology. Descriptive research study. The research design is descriptive correlational, cross-sectional and retrospective. The population consisted of 137 complicated adolescent pregnant women treated at the Hospital Iquitos César Garayar García from January to March 2020. The sample made up of 89 adolescents. Outcome. In the sociodemographic characteristics of the adolescents with urinary infection, a predominance of late adolescents (15 to 19 years) was found 92.1%, secondary level 74.2%, cohabiting marital status 66.3% and of urban origin 74.2%. In the obstetric characteristics, primiparous adolescents prevailed 83.7%, more than 6 prenatal care 57.3%, a history of urinary infection 60.7%, vaginal delivery 82.0% and 85.4% had urinary infection in the first trimester. In the neonatal complications it is observed that 13.5% were premature, and of them 12.4% have mild prematurity, 97.8% did not present congenital anomalies at birth, 11.2% had low birth weight and of them 10.1% had weight less than 2500gr and greater than 1500gr, 97.8% did not have sepsis and 97.8% did not present intrauterine growth restriction. Conclution. There is a statistically significant difference (p = less than 0.05) between age, parity and neonatal complications
