The purpose of the research is to determine the relationship that exists between work stress and the interpersonal relationships of the personnel in the Grifo “Santo Tomas” EIRL, in the city of Iquitos, year 2020. The research corresponds to the quantitative type and is based on the hypothetical-deductive research method. The population was made up of 16 workers of both sexes from the EIRL “Santo Tomas” Griffin, in the city of Iquitos. A census sample was used, this being the same as the population made up of 16 workers. The technique was psychometric and the survey. The data collection instrument used was the questionnaire, the WHO-ILO work stress test, and the María Gálvez Sotero test adapted to our environment for interpersonal relationships. For data processing, the SPSS v23 statistic was used, obtaining the following results: Regarding the work stress variable, 93.8% had a mild stress level and 6.3% had a moderate stress level. Variable interpersonal relationships, 81.3% had a low level in interpersonal relationships and 18.8% had a medium level in interpersonal relationships. It is concluded: There is a statistically significant relationship between work stress and the interpersonal relationships of the staff of the Grifo “Santo Tomas” EIRL, in the city of Iquitos, 2020, with an r = 0.517, p = 0.030 <0.05; moderate positive correlation.
