Introduction: In emergencies, Nursing care is carried out in the shortest possible time according to the priority and state of severity that the patient enters in order to save the life that affects physically, emotionally and spiritually. Therefore, the nursing professional must know from the patient the quality of care he provides and the satisfaction he feels when receiving the care. Objective: Determine the relationship between the quality of Nursing care and patient satisfaction in the Emergency Service of Hospital Apoyo Iquitos – 2020. Material and methods: The study was quantitative with a descriptive, crosssectional and correlational design; the sample consisted of 336 adult patients between 18 and 65 years of age. 2 instruments were applied: 2 surveys; one on Quality of Nursing Care, and another on Patient Satisfaction in the emergency service of Hospital Apoyo Iquitos. Results: The socio-demographic characteristics of the surveyed patients were: 29.2% were adults between the ages of 26 and 35, predominantly women with 18.5%, secondary education with 56.3%, independent occupation with 49.1%. 35.7% came from Iquitos and 78.9% had a time of 6 to 24 hours of permanence in the Emergency service. Regarding the Quality of Nursing Care, 76.5% of the patients mentioned that the quality of nursing care was good, 21.1% regular and 2.4% as poor quality of Nursing care. Regarding the attitudes of the patient, 76.2% of the patients were satisfied with the care provided by the nurse and 23.8% were dissatisfied. When relating the Quality of Nursing care and patient satisfaction in the emergency service of the Hospital Apoyo Iquitos if there is a relationship between both variables with a value of P = 0.000, a correlation of 0.946 high and with a significance of 0.01. Conclusions: There is a significant relationship between the quality of nursing care and patient satisfaction in the emergency service of the Apoyo Iquitos hospital with a value of P = 0.000, a correlation of 0.946 high and with a significance of 0.01.
