As a result of the Thesis Project, we present a thermo-acoustic housing prototype; reducing the Negative Factor of noise and high temperatures in the Tropical zone. The placement of Thermo-Acoustic materials and systems complies with the environmental standards established by the World Health Organization (National Environmental Quality Standards: source: Supreme Decree No. 085-2003-pcm- regulation of national environmental quality standards for noise and heat) .For its thermal and acoustic characteristics in turn, the habitability conditions are improved generating comfort; therefore, that they are low-cost housing does not mean that they have to be poor quality housing; Moreover, these systems have been invented with observance of Human Rights (United Nations General Assembly (1948). Universal Declaration of Human Rights. United Nations); and here in Peru there is a deficit of adequate housing for the population since the majority is given by self-construction of the people themselves and there are bonuses granted by the Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation; whose objective is to improve the quality of life of the population, that is, to guarantee the right to decent and safe housing, we all have the right to housing, that has a quiet, comfortable environment, good quality conditions and even more if it can be achieved It has a lower cost so that it is available to all citizens with adequate systems for tropical climates. This thesis project seeks to improve this quality of life by reducing noise and heat, inside the home; favoring the population of extreme poverty in the city of Iquitos, since we have a climate with high temperatures ranging between 28 ° and 30 ° Celsius average (Senami Source - Iquitos -Maynas - Loreto) and excessive levels of average noise due to large informal car park (“Jeong, CH (2013). Converting Sabine absorption coefficients to random incidence absorption coefficients. The Journal of the Acoustical Society of America, 133 (6), 3951-3962”) which is used in the city of Iquitos for acoustic measurements with the Sound Meter (Acoustic Measurement Instrument) since in the city of Iquitos it reaches 85 Db and in Industrial zones it reaches 110Db and with the Thermometer to measure the heat. Which do not meet the minimum standards of decibels and degrees Celsius that a home needs for its thermal and acoustic comfort given by the World Health Organization (González Sánchez, Y., & Fernández Díaz, Y. (2014). Sonic and heat pollution on the health of students and teachers in schools, Cuban Journal of Hygiene and Epidemiology, 52 (3), 402-410).
