The purpose of the research is to determine the relationship that exists between the family climate and the learning achievements of the students in an Educational Institution of the city of Iquitos, 2019. The research corresponds to the quantitative type and is based on the research method hypothetical - deductive. The population was made up of 142 students, a stratified sampling with proportional allocation was used, the sample being 104 students, the technique was psychometric and observation. The data collection instrument used was the questionnaire, the R. H. Moos, B. S. Moos and E. J. Trickett test for family social climate and the observation record for learning achievements. For the data procedure, the SPSS version 23 statistic was used, obtaining the following results: Regarding the family climate variable, 60.6% their climate was adequate and 39.4% the family climate was inadequate. Variable learning achievements, 68.3% were promoted undergraduate, 30.8% require pedagogical recovery and 1% remained in the degree. It is concluded: There is a significant relationship between the family climate and the learning achievements of the students in an Educational Institution of the city of Iquitos, 2019, when obtaining p = 0.031 <0.05, with Rho Spearman = 0.342, obtaining an average positive correlation.
