Estudio del nivel de desempeño sísmico mediante el análisis no lineal pushover de la infraestructura del hotel río, distrito de la banda de shilcayo, San Martín 2020

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación se ha realizado teniendo en consideración que, en algunos casos, durante el proceso constructivo de las edificaciones de propiedad privada pero de uso público, se realizan modificaciones tanto arquitectónicas, así como, estructurales del diseño original, sin que para ello se realicen nuevos cálculos con la finalidad de garantizar su operatividad estructural ya que en algún momento puede afectar la seguridad de la vida de las personas que hacen uso o habitan y concurren a estas edificaciones de uso público y/o privados. En tal sentido, la presente investigación tiene como objetivo determinar el nivel de Desempeño Sísmico mediante el Análisis estático no Lineal Pushover en la infraestructura del Hotel Río con la finalidad de identificar las posibles fallas estructurales que pudiera presentar y de acuerdo a ello, hacer las recomendaciones necesarias para un reforzamiento estructural y reducir el riesgo de ocurrencia de daños tanto a la edificación, así como, a las personas que lo habitan. Durante el desarrollo de la presente investigación, se han desarrollado ítems referidos a antecedentes de la investigación, marco teórico, se ha descrito y presentado el problema de investigación, así como también, se presenta el desarrollo metodológico seguido con la finalidad de alcanzar los objetivos propuestos y por último, se ha realizado el análisis de los resultados con la finalidad de establecer las conclusiones y recomendaciones del caso.

This research work has been carried out taking into consideration that, in some cases, during the construction process of privately owned buildings but for public use, both architectural and structural modifications are made to the original design, without new calculations being made to guarantee its structural operation, since at some point it may affect the safety of occupants or people who live in these public and/or private buildings. In this sense, the present investigation has the aims to determine the level of Seismic Performance by means of the Non-Linear Pushover Static Analysis in the infrastructure of the Rio Hotel in order to identify the possible structural failures that it could present and according to that make the necessary recommendations for a structural reinforcement and reduce the risk damages’ occurrence both to the building and to the people who live in it. During the development of the present investigation, there have been developed items referred to antecedents of the investigation, theoretical frame, it has been described and presented the problem of investigation, as well as, it is presented the methodological development followed with the purpose of reaching the proposed objectives and finally, it has been carried out the analysis of the results with the purpose of draw the conclusions and recommendations of the case.
