Introduction: Violence against women continues to be a major threat to global public health and women's health; and in the face of the pandemic generated by the Covid - 19 virus, the episodes of violence against women increasing, presenting an increase in the request for help from thousands of women around the world, and our country is no stranger to this. Objective: Determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes towards violence against women during the Covid-19 quarantine in the District of Iquitos, 2020. Material and methods: he study was quantitative with a descriptive, crosssectional, and correlational design; the sample consisted of 384 women from the Iquitos District between 12 and 49 years of age. Two instruments were applied: a questionnaire on knowledge of violence against women, and a Likert-type attitudes scale in order to measure the attitudes of women towards violence against women during the Covid-19 quarantine. Results: The socio-demographic characteristics of the women surveyed were: Average age of 34 years, 39.1% with complete secondary education, 78.9% cohabiting marital status and 60.4% their occupation is a housewife. Regarding the knowledge of women, 54.9% presented high knowledge, 35.9% medium knowledge and 9.1% of them presented low knowledge about violence against women. Regarding the attitudes of women, 75.3% presented attitudes of rejection towards violence against women and 24.7% of them presented attitudes of acceptance towards violence against women during the Covid-19 quarantine. By relating knowledge and Attitudes towards violence against women during the Covid-19 quarantine, it was found that 77.6% have high knowledge about violence against women and 62.5% attitudes of rejection towards violence against women during the Covid quarantine - 19 with a chi square (X2 = 9.423, p = 0.000).Conclusions: There is a statistically significant relationship between knowledge and attitudes towards violence against women during the Covid-19 quarantine in the District of Iquitos 2020.
