Capacidad funcional y: movilidad física (r= -0,412, p<0,001)
Introduction: Patients with CVD who have anxiety, ineffective health maintenance, impaired physical mobility, risk of falls, pressure ulcers among others have been described as establishing the need for nursing care to minimize the occurrence of adverse events in emergency conditions. Objective: To determine factors related to nursing care and dependence in patients with CVD who were hospitalized between January 2017 and July 2019. Matherial and methods: The study is of quantitative type, design: descriptive transverse correlal retrospective. 73 medical records of CVD patients are reviewed, the instrument has an Alpha coefficient of Cronbach (0.83). Results: Positive association was found between: the functional capacity with the deficit of self-care (r x 0.554, p< 0.001), with insomnia (r x 0.246, p < 0.005), with the risk of pressure ulcer (r-0.275, p< 0.005), with the risk of acute confusion (r-0.355, p< 0.001), and with the risk of unstable blood glucose (r-0.286, p< 0.005). Number of hospitalizations and level of consciousness (r-0.383, p < 0.001). Negative association was found between: Age with the level of consciousness (r - 0.530, p < 0.001) and with the risk of falls (r-0.342, p< 0.001). Functional capacity and: physical mobility (r -0.412, p<0.001) Conclusion: There is a significant statistical association between functional capacity and nursing care in CVD patients.
