In our country, the use of new materials for the preparation of concrete is one of the main problems of the construction sector, to this is added that Peru has three well-defined geographic regions such as the coast, the mountains and the jungle which have Its own climatic characteristics and the inputs for the preparation of simple concrete of the quality f'c = 210 kg / cm2 vary from one form to another, both in terms of compressive strength and price. The main objective of this research is to determine the best physical and mechanical characteristics of conventional concrete with a quality of f'c = 210 kg / cm2, due to the fact that portland cement has been replaced by 5%, 10% and 15% type I for ground glass, all these actions taking into account the technical requirements of the Peruvian regulations. For the preparation of this research, materials from the area of the city of Tarapoto and Las Palmas have been used, such as fine aggregate, coarse aggregate from the Cumbaza river quarry, type I portland cement of the Pacasmayo brand. , water supplied by the company EMAPA has been used, the raw material of the recycled glass was obtained from the town of La Palmas, the glass is of good quality white, the combination of these materials helped us in the elaboration of conventional concrete to this thesis. A very important step in the present investigation, after obtaining the results from the laboratory, the hypothesis verification was carried out, where our hypothesis raised in the present investigation is statistically confirmed, in conclusion that the ground recycled glass obtained has a positive influence with respect to the compressive strength of simple concrete with quality f'c = 210 kg / cm2.
