Determine the obstetric factors associated with immediate postpartum anemia at the Hospital Iquitos César Garayar García from December 2019 to February 2020. Methodology. Analytical correlational, non-experimental, cross-sectional and prospective research study. The population made up of 560 immediate postpartum women with vaginal delivery and cesarean section attended at the Iquitos César Garayar García Hospital. The sample consisted of 110 immediate postpartum neonates Outcome. In the present study, 110 immediate puerperal women with postpartum anemia were registered, 90% with moderate anemia, in 60.9% the age groups from 20 to 35 years old predominated, and 59.1% from secondary level, from the marginal urban area 48.2%, 70 % were partners, 71.8% housewives. In obstetric factors: 79.1% multiparous, intergenetic period greater than 2 years 61%, prenatal care 35.5% had less than 6 prenatal care, likewise 35.5% had more than 6 prenatal care, 80.0% had anemia during pregnancy, 58.2% received iron supplement during pregnancy in a proportion less than 60 tablets 40.9% and 120 to 180 tablets in the same percentage; 41.8% had a normal nutritional status in relation to BMI, vaginal delivery 63.6%; blood loss in the intrapartum and immediate postpartum was between 500 cc to less than 1000 cc in 66.4% Conclusion. There is a statistically significant relationship between: degrees of anemia with postpartum hemorrhage and amount of bleeding, but not with the other variables.
