Terminal terrestre de pasajeros y de carga para la ciudad de Nauta, región Loreto 2018

Abstract

Un terminal terrestre es un equipamiento importante para los flujos económicos, territoriales locales, regionales, nacionales e internacionales, ya que son las conexiones en el comercio e incentiva el turismo entre los pueblos y/o ciudades que existen a lo largo de sus diversos destinos; además, ordena y controla los visitantes hacia una determinada ciudad. Este ha venido evolucionando hasta convertirse en el medio habitual de desplazamiento de la mayoría de las personas entre ciudades. Hoy en día este movimiento se controla y reglamenta en las terminales terrestres, que proporcionan espacios necesarios a los usuarios para la espera y abordaje de los autobuses. El Perú tiene diversas regiones naturales, y específicamente la selva baja, se caracteriza por tener una geografía variada y múltiples ríos que permiten las conexiones acuáticas. En nuestro país, la mayoría de sus habitantes utiliza el transporte terrestre como medio de locomoción, este transporte puede ser particular, colectivo y de carga. La circulación de transporte que se da a diario por las calles y carreteras del país se debe al intercambio comercial, cultural y social que se desarrolla entre las comunidades. Es así como surgen diferentes puntos de origen para dirigirse a diferentes destinos. Actualmente la región Loreto tiene pocas carreteras: Yurimaguas – Tarapoto, Saramiriza – Bagua e Iquitos – Nauta, como parte de los flujos comerciales entre Iquitos y las cuencas de los ríos Marañón y Ucayali. No existen terminales terrestres debidamente constituidos en ambas ciudades, los existentes son de carácter informal y, por lo tanto, no cumplen con las exigencias mínimas para ser considerados como tal. El embarque, desembarque y transferencia que se desarrolla por medio del transporte dan como resultado las actividades de abordo y transbordo de usuarios a diferentes destinos por medio de diferentes rutas. Para que exista una buena conexión entre rutas, debe haber un equipamiento de infraestructura vial, acondicionada específicamente para tal fin, que funcione entre puntos intermedios, en el cual inicien y finalicen diferentes recorridos. Nuestra región se encuentra en vía de desarrollo, con una población en constante crecimiento, surge la oportunidad de crear un espacio que tenga como misión ordenar y mejorar, el flujo de pasajeros y carga, una infraestructura que conecte economías y personas.

Nauta, capital de la provincia de Loreto-Nauta, concentra una importante conexión (terrestre – fluvial) a diversas partes de la región y del Perú, siendo esto un importante aporte y beneficiaría de forma recíproca para el desarrollo del proyecto. Además, es de mucha importancia, ya que, por esta ciudad, transitan un buen porcentaje de personas que vienen de comunidades rurales y se dirigen a la ciudad capital a estudiar, trabajar y muchos de ellos a vender sus productos agrícolas que se cosechan en esta región. También se busca que las personas que utilizan los buses de pasajeros y camiones de carga, tengan instalaciones apropiadas, descongestionamiento del tráfico en las calles y un punto de referencia para llegar a los diferentes destinos, ya que estos son algunos de los problemas e incomodidades que tienen los pobladores del municipio de Loreto-Nauta. En este trabajo, se ofrece una solución para resolver dichos problemas, mejorar el nivel de vida y satisfacer las expectativas de los habitantes de Nauta.

This has evolved to become the usual means of displacement of most people between cities. Nowadays this movement is controlled and regulated in the terrestrial terminals, which provide necessary spaces to the users for the wait and boarding of the buses. Peru has several natural regions, and specifically the lower jungle, is characterized by having a varied geography and multiple rivers that allow water connections. In our country, most of its inhabitants use land transport as a means of locomotion, this transport can be private, collective and freight. The transport circulation that occurs daily through the streets and highways of the country is due to the commercial, cultural and social exchange that develops between the communities. This is how different points of origin arise to go to different destinations. Currently the Loreto region has few roads: Yurimaguas - Tarapoto, Saramiriza - Bagua and Iquitos - Nauta, as part of the commercial flows between Iquitos and the basins of the Marañón and Ucayali rivers. There are no land terminals properly constituted in both cities, the existing ones are informal and, therefore, do not meet the minimum requirements to be considered as such. The embarkation, disembarkation and transfer that takes place by means of transport result in boarding and transshipment activities of users to different destinations through different routes. For there to be a good connection between routes, there must be a road infrastructure equipment, specially prepared for this purpose, that works between intermediate points, in which different routes start and end. Our region is in the process of development, with a population in constant growth, the opportunity arises to create a space whose mission is to order and improve the flow of passengers and cargo, an infrastructure that connects economies and people. Nauta, capital of the province of Loreto-Nauta, concentrates an important connection (terrestrial - fluvial) to diverse parts of the region and Peru, being this an important contribution and reciprocally benefiting for the development of the project. It is also very important, because a good percentage of people who come from rural communities and go to the capital city to study, work and many of them sell their agricultural products that are harvested in this region. It also seeks that people who use passenger buses and cargo trucks, have appropriate facilities, decongestion of traffic on the streets and a point of reference to reach the different destinations, as these are some of the problems and discomforts that they have the inhabitants of the municipality of Loreto-Nauta. In this work, a solution is offered to solve these problems, improve the standard of living and meet the expectations of the inhabitants of Nauta.
