The design of a container disinfection system has the purpose of sterilizing the containers of the company CERVECERÍAS CUSCO S.A.C. 2018 in its two presentations (Pet and glass) with the application of Ultraviolet radiation generated by UV-C germicidal lamps. The General Objective for the thesis to present was to design the system of disinfection of containers in the process of packaging of alkaline water “ANDEA“ of the company CERVECERIAS CUSCO SAC 2018. Methodology and Methods: Descriptive type study, experimental design, application level and It is a quantitative research. For the data collection, the interview tool was applied, interacting with the staff that works directly with the alkaline water product ANDEA of the company CERVECERÍAS CUSCO S.A.C. 2018, and for the development of the packaging disinfection system, SolidWorks software was used, a tool used to develop the disinfection system in 2D and 3D, to later run in a virtual simulation. Results: The design of the system of disinfection of containers in the process of packaging of alkaline water “ANDEA“ of the company CERVECERIAS CUSCO SAC 2018 was carried out, having as disinfectant the application of Ultraviolet radiation generated by germicidal UV-C lamps, this design it was considered within the packaging process, at the exit of the bottle washing that after being washed, go through a direct conveyor belt to the filler, in the transport process the design was made, being easily coupled in the space provided, as principle of the disinfection system, has the objective of sterilizing the containers in general form before being bottled with alkaline water ANDEA. It is concluded that the application of ultraviolet radiation as a disinfectant agent was applied efficiently and effectively.
