Objective: To determine the relationship between anterior cranial base length and mandibular length in diff erent skeletal classes measured in strict lateral radiographs taken in the period 2019 at the Luis Vallejos Santoni University Stomatology Center, Andean University ofCusco - 2022. Materials and methods: The study was descriptive, cross-sectional, and relational with a sample of 122 lateral radiographs of individuals aged 11 to 15 years, distributed by sex, skeletal relationship (ANB angle ), and age. The linear measurements SN and GoMe and the ANB angle were evaluated. Results: The largest number of radiographs corresponded to Class I, with a total of 82 radiographs. Conclusion: The results revealed a strong, significant, and positive correlation between anterior cranial base length and mandibular length. These findings support the idea that the anterior cranial base may be associated with the growth and development of the mandible.
