El empleo en las empresas constituidas como corresponsales bancarios del distrito de San Sebastian periodo 2017

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación, que lleva por título “EL EMPLEO EN LAS EMPRESAS CONSTITUIDAS COMO CORRESPONSALES BANCARIOS DEL DISTRITO DE SAN SEBASTIÁN PERIODO 2017”, Tiene por finalidad dar a conocer el tipo de empleo de los trabajadores de las empresas constituidas como corresponsales bancarios; si estos están bajo el reglamento laboral especial, así mismo promover que el sistema financiero mediante las entidades bancarias no solo promuevan la constitución formal de las empresas si no también que incentiven a las empresas constituidas como corresponsales bancarios a la formalización laboral de sus trabajadores y así contribuir con la responsabilidad social haciendo que la cadena de informalidad disminuya en este sector. La investigación tiene como objetivo general describir como es el empleo en los corresponsales bancarios del distrito del Distrito de San Sebastian periodo 2017. Como objetivos específicos determinar el empleo formal en los corresponsales bancarios del Distrito de San Sebastian periodo 2017, determinar el empleo informal en los corresponsales bancarios del Distrito de San Sebastian periodo 2017 y determinar el Régimen Laboral MYPE en su aplicación a los corresponsales bancarios del Distrito de San Sebastian periodo 2017. La elaboración del marco teórico ha partido de la identificación de las variables y la consiguiente revisión profunda de fuentes bibliográficas que garantizan el debido sustento en la presente investigación. La metodología empleada para esta investigación tiene un enfoque cuantitativo con un diseño no experimental, transversal y un alcance descriptivo. Las técnicas de recolección de datos utilizados han sido, Observación, revisión documentaria, encuestas y entrevistas. La población de informantes está constituida por un total de 85 corresponsales bancarios del Distrito de San Sebastian, para la muestra se tuvo que seleccionar “31” empresas constituidas como corresponsales bancarios. Del análisis de los resultados se ha concluido que gran parte de las Micro y Pequeñas Empresas no brindan empleos formales debido a la falta de conocimiento del régimen laboral MYPE y a los beneficios que brinda el al estar inscritos en el REMYPE, esto genera que los trabajadores estén insatisfechos y que no cuente con una estabilidad laboral, por la falta de beneficios laborales como son el contar con una remuneración básica en donde gran parte de las empresas constituidas como corresponsales bancarios brindan a sus trabajadores salarios por debajo de los establecido por Ley, así como también les privan de sus descansos semanales, vacaciones, el contar con una cobertura de seguridad social en salud (ESSALUD, SIS), pertenecer a un régimen pensionario (AFP, ONP), contar con gratificaciones y compensación por tiempo de servicio. Sin embargo las MYPES están de acuerdo a realizar la formalización laboral de sus trabajadores, lo único que falta es la difusión y conocimiento de los beneficios laborales que se les otorga al registrase en el REMYPE y que las entidades bancarias fomente la formalización laboral solicitando la constancia de acreditación REMYPE como un requisito adicional para ser Corresponsal bancario.

This research work, which is entitled “EMPLOYMENT IN ENTERPRISE CONSTITUTED AS BANK CORRESPONDENTS OF THE DISTRICT OF SAN SEBASTIAN PERIOD 2017“, aims to publicize the type of employment of workers of enterprise established as banking correspondents; if these are under the special labor regulation, likewise promote that the financial system through the banking entities not only promote the formal constitution of the enterprise but also that they incentivize the enterprise constituted as banking correspondents to the labor formalization of their workers and thus contribute with social responsibility, causing the chain of informality to decrease in this sector. The general objective of the research is to describe what employment is like in the banking correspondents of the district of San Sebastian, 2017. As specific objectives, to determine formal employment in the banking correspondents of the San Sebastian District, 2017, to determine informal employment in the banking correspondents of the District of San Sebastian period 2017 and determine the Labor System MYPE in its application to the banking correspondents of the District of San Sebastian period 2017. The elaboration of the theoretical framework has started from the identification of the variables and the consequent in-depth review of bibliographic sources that guarantee the proper sustenance in the present investigation. The methodology used for this research has a quantitative approach with a non-experimental, transversal design and a descriptive scope. The data collection techniques used have been, Observation, documentary review, surveys and interviews. From the analysis of the results, it has been concluded that a large part of Micro and Small Enterprises do not offer formal jobs due to the lack of knowledge of the MSE labor regime and xviithe benefits provided by being enrolled in the REMYPE, this generates that the workers are dissatisfied and that does not have a job stability, for the lack of labor benefits such as having a basic remuneration where a large part of the enterprise constituted as banking correspondents provide their workers wages below those established by law, as well as they also deprive them of their weekly rest, holidays, having a social security coverage in health (ESSALUD, SIS), belonging to a pension regime (AFP, ONP), having bonuses and compensation for time of service. The population of informants is constituted by a total of 85 banking correspondents of the District of San Sebastian, for the sample it was necessary to select “31“ enterprise constituted as banking correspondents. However, the MYPES are in agreement to carry out the labor formalization of their workers, the only thing that is missing is the dissemination and knowledge of the labor benefits that are granted when registering in the REMYPE and that the banking entities encourage the formalization of labor by requesting the proof of REMYPE accreditation as an additional requirement to be a banking correspondent.
