The main objective of this work of professional sufficiency is to evaluate the financial feasibility of implementing a new remote care service for chronic patients at Clínica Limatambo, in order to determine whether it is an appropriate decision to invest in its development and how likely it is to generate sustainable benefits in the future. Therefore, a financial evaluation of the projected sales volume by specialty was carried out, together with the service costing method, and the cost per patient and the profitability generated by each was determined. As a basis for the analysis of the feasibility of implementing the new service, historical information on patients with chronic diseases for the periods 2021 and 2022 was used and the projection for the following 12 months was made. This made it possible to evaluate the economic impacts on the company and this analysis will provide senior management with the necessary information to make the most appropriate decision regarding the implementation of the new project. Finally, based on the analyses previously described, conclusions and recommendations have been drawn based on the economic impact of the projections estimated in the financial statements, which are fundamental for decision making when faced with the option of implementing the new service.
