This research work is entitled “Labor Costs and Financial Profitability of the Interprovincial Transport Company Sol Andino S. R. Ltda. Cusco Period 2018“. It has the main objective of identifying labor costs and knowing the effect on the profitability of the Interprovincial Transport Company Sol Andino SR Ltda. Cusco period 2018. The hypothesis was not formulated because it is a descriptive methodology and a particular event is not predicted . The theoretical framework was composed of the background of the research, legal bases and the entire theoretical base on labor costs and profitability, the methodology used for this research was of a basic level, with a quantitative approach, with a non-experimental design, of descriptive scope, The research was carried out with a population of 22 company workers, a sample of 6 company workers was used, for this the questionnaire and document review technique was applied which were used in the collection of data and database records STANDING OUT. It is concluded that the level of labor costs of the Interprovincial Transportation Company Sol Andino S. R. Ltda. For the period 2018, represented a total amount of S /. 121,676.09, which had a percentage significance of 61.90% in addition to the worker's salary that the company faced due to the continuity of its operational workers in the company. It also describes that the determined level of labor cost was presented in two levels for salary costs for the total of S /. 95,678.96 and non-salary costs for a total of S /. 25,997.13. Likewise, it was determined that the financial profitability for the year of study was a percentage of 4.76%. In other words, for every S /. 100 that the partners invested in their own resources, they obtained a benefit in national currency for 4 soles and 76 cents. Likewise, it has been shown that labor costs were related to financial profitability for the period of 2018, describing that financial profitability tends to decrease due to the existence of a higher level of labor costs payable.
