The present study whose title was adhesion with acid conditioning and self- conditioning in molar dentin and its resistance to vertical tensile forces Universidad Andina del Cusco 2023, its objective was to determine the strength of adhesion with acid conditioning and self-conditioning in molar dentin and its resistance to vertical tensile forces Universidad Andina del Cusco 2023. Materials and methods: it had a comparative descriptive scope, contemplating an implication in the analysis and synthesis of the similarities, differences and patterns of two or more cases that share a common focus or goal, in addition to a transversal, quasi-experimental design with a population of 80 molars and a non-probabilistic sampling by convenience. Results: obtaining that the expression of the mean of the sample by groups which is found to be 0.064 thus implying that there is an adequate equilibrium point in the sample, while the median shows 0.04 and 0.06 for acid conditioning and self-conditioning as the midpoint of the data set Conclusion: self-conditioning adhesives obtained better results.
