Archivo registral digital como un medio de seguridad jurídica en el Perú

Abstract

En el presente trabajo hacemos un análisis sobre el archivo registral, así como la legislación vigente que se aplica para el almacenamiento y conservación de los documentos que yacen en este archivo, así mismo hacemos hincapié en la seguridad jurídica la cual es fundamental para el tráfico comercial de nuestro país, finalmente presentamos los resultados obtenidos y planteamos la posibilidad de crear un archivo registral digital. Para ello utilizamos el método cualitativo ya que el análisis es descriptivo- explicativo y como método jurídico utilizado tenemos el dogmático propositivo puesto que se busca plantear un marco normativo que permita la implementación de un archivo registral digital. Para ello recopilamos información a través del análisis documental y las entrevistas que se realizaron a personas especialistas en el tema.

In this work we make an analysis of the registry file, as well as the current legislation that is applied for the storage and conservation of the documents that lie in this file, we also emphasize legal security which is essential for commercial traffic of our country, we finally present the results obtained and propose the possibility of creating a digital registry file. For this we use the qualitative method since the analysis is descriptive-explanatory and as the legal method used we have the dogmatic proposition since it seeks to propose a normative framework that allows the implementation of a digital registry file. To do this, we collect information through documentary analysis and interviews with specialists on the subject.
