This professional sufficiency work shows the problem related to the management of insufficient condition parameters (PCI) in the road management of the concessionaire company COVIPERU: be able to avoid constant administrative errors during the fix of observations and eliminate the risk of falling into violations due to delays in deadlines. This problem has been mean designing and developing a software product to be able to provide a permanent solution to the needs of the organization. In this respect, it was necessary to use the RUP methodology to better manage the software life cycle and validate each part of the process properly with the stakeholders in the project. This work shows the evidence of the analysis, design, construction and validation of the software is shown in order to achieve a product that meets the goal of being more efficient in the process and optimizing the resources, using technology as a means. This project has allowed COVIPERU to optimize the response times for PCI notifications to better ensure service levels, complying with the deadlines established by the regulatory entity and avoid both economic and reputational sanctions that prevent access to new tenders.
