The present research work was born with the purpose of analyzing the factors that influence the high turnover of teachers at the Surco Ambrosio Headquarters of the Innova Schools school and based on this, generate a proposal that helps reduce staff turnover. In this regard, Innova Schools' target percentage is not to exceed 5% for each school year, however for the 2022 period it reached a level higher than 18%, affecting the profitability of the educational institution. This problematic situation directly impacts the organization and management of the school; as well as the level of family satisfaction, resulting in the dropout of students, generating a decrease in economic income for the institution. The methodology that has been used to obtain information was through open interviews with both the director and teachers, with the aim of obtaining as much important information as possible that allows us to know in detail what the main reasons for the rotation were. Finally, it is concluded that to reduce teacher turnover in Innova Schools, the educational institution must generate an action plan focused on the restructuring of the benefits program that employees receive, to generate in them a feeling of recognition for their dedication.
